Resilient Hearts is a community service organization founded in October 2023, which aims to create resilient communities where every member feels supported, valued, and equipped to face life's complexities with courage and resilience. Resilient Hearts empowers young adults with developmental disabilities by equipping them with essential skills for independent living. Resilient Hearts provides community access services through its day program and community respite services in Calgary and surrounding areas.
